苏格兰和英格兰13家医院中心研究1018倒闭经小于63d妊娠妇女接受米非司酮和前列腺素终止妊娠的结果。 本文包括闭经<63d妊娠妇女年龄>18岁。除外服用米非司酮前12h服用任何药物或服用影响妊娠的药物者及服用糖皮质激素、曾有产科合并症史、有药物过敏史者及不正常血液病学和生化状态者。妊娠妇女服用米非司酮600mg,48h后阴道置卡孕栓1mg。
Thirteen hospital centers in Scotland and England studied the outcome of 1018 closure pregnancies terminated by mifepristone and prostaglandin in women younger than 63 days. This article includes amenorrhea <63d pregnant women aged> 18 years. Except for taking mifepristone 12h before taking any drug or taking drugs that affect pregnancy and taking glucocorticoids, there was a history of obstetric complications, history of drug allergy and abnormal hematology and biochemical status.
