目的:寻找一种有效纯化连钱草总黄酮的方法并对工艺条件进行初步摸索。方法:以连钱草总黄酮洗脱率和纯度为考察指标,确定大孔树脂分离纯化连钱草总黄酮的吸附和洗脱参数。结果:药液浓度(总黄酮浓度0.383mg/mL),上样量20mL,以1.0 mL/min的速度进行吸附,5 BV纯化水、10 BV 30%乙醇依次以1.0 mL/min的速度进行洗脱效果最佳,醇洗脱液浓缩后总干燥物中连钱草总黄酮的含量达68.94%。结论:该方法对连钱草总黄酮有较好的纯化作用,且工艺简单,成本低,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To find a method to effectively purify the total flavonoids of L. chinensis and to explore the process conditions. Methods: The elution ratio and purity of total flavonoids from Herba Euphorbiaceae were used as indexes to determine the adsorption and elution parameters of total flavonoids from Sebastianthus roxburghii. Results: The concentration of the drug (total flavonoids concentration 0.383mg/mL), loading volume 20mL, 1.0mL/min speed adsorption, 5BV purified water, 10BV 30% ethanol in order to wash at 1.0mL/min speed The best removal effect was achieved, and the content of total flavonoids in L. chinensis in the total dry matter was 68.94% after the alcohol eluate was concentrated. Conclusion: This method has a good purification effect on the total flavonoids of Lianqiancao, and has a simple process, low cost, and has a good application prospect.
