目的:研究银线草挥发油的化学成分及含量。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取法提取银线草地上部分的挥发油,通过GC-MS技术对其进行分析。结果:超临界CO2萃取挥发油得率为0.83%,鉴定了62种化学成分并分别确定其相对含量,其含量占总峰面积的98.2%。结论:超临界CO2萃取法提取的银线草地上部分挥发油成分类型大部分为萜烯类和萜醇类,主要成分为银线草内酯(27.05%)。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents and contents of the volatile oil of S. avenida. Methods: The volatile oil in the upper part of silver grass was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: The yield of volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2 was 0.83%. 62 kinds of chemical components were identified and their relative contents were determined respectively. The content of volatile oil was 98.2% of the total peak area. Conclusion: The components of the volatile oil extracted from the surface of silver grasses extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction are mostly terpenes and sterols, and the main component is silver safflower lactone (27.05%).
