目的:探讨护理安全教育在护理技术操作教学中的应用效果。方法:选取重庆市中医医院2014年3月——2015年3月新入职的100名护理人员为研究对象,将这些护理人员随机分成实验组与对照组,对对照组仍然采用传统的教学培训方式,而对实验组则将护理安全教育融入到传统的教学培训方式当中。在经过半年的护理实习后,比较两组护理人员的考核分数与不良事件发生情况。结果:所有护理人员圆满完成半年的护理实习,实验组的护理人员在理论得分和实践
Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing safety education in teaching nursing operation. Methods: A total of 100 nursing staff newly recruited by Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as research subjects. These nursing staffs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the traditional teaching methods were still used in control group , While the experimental group will be nursing safety education into the traditional teaching and training methods. After six months of nursing internship, the two groups of nursing staff assessment scores and adverse events were compared. Results: All nursing staff successfully completed six months of nursing internship, the experimental group of nursing staff in the theoretical score and practice
