我院收治肥厚型心肌病(HCM)10例,其中3例误诊为陈旧性侧壁心肌梗塞,现摘其2例分析如下。例1男,51岁。因胸痛10年,加重1周入院。曾多次就医,按冠心病诊治。无高血压病史。体检:血压18/10.5kPa,肺(—),心率72次/min,律整,心尖区Ⅱ/6SM,腹(—)。心电图示Ⅰ、avL导联有深而不宽的Q波。X线示心影向左轻微扩
My hospital received hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in 10 cases, of which 3 were misdiagnosed as obstruction of the old side wall myocardial infarction, pick the two cases were analyzed as follows. Example 1 Male, 51 years old. Due to chest pain for 10 years, increased 1 week admission. Has repeatedly medical treatment, according to coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment.
