医院建筑属于人员密集型的公共民用建筑。由于行业特殊性,不同专业用房有不同的标准要求,个性化、特殊化需求多,平面功能布局复杂多变。如果规划设计不周全,施工过程中管理不细致,将导致在交付使用前,甚至使用中为弥补设计缺陷和施工缺失发生太多的变更而返工。不仅延误工期,还可能造成结构破坏,同时会增加建造成本,带来不必要的浪费和损失。
Hospital buildings are staff-intensive public buildings. Due to the particularity of the industry, different professional houses have different standard requirements, and there are many requirements for individualization and specialization.
