本文搜集、统计、分析了三种断面圆坯的连铸结晶器的冷却水量、水温升、平均热流密度及其它有关参数。通过实际数据找到了结晶器内的铸坯凝固系数k与拉坯速度V的关系,即k∝V~(0.064)。作者还观测了铸坯凝壳,分析了其凝固特点。本文还导出了圆坯连铸结晶器铜管温度分布的计算式。
This paper collects, statistics and analyzes the cooling water quantity, water temperature rise, average heat flux density and other relevant parameters of the continuous casting molds of three kinds of section round billet. Through the actual data, the relationship between the solidification coefficient k and the casting speed V in the mold was found, namely kαV ~ (0.064). The author also observed the cast shell, analyzed its solidification characteristics. This paper also derived the formula of the temperature distribution of the copper tube of the round billet continuous casting mold.
