为贯彻全面从严治党的要求,深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,推进企业改革发展等各项工作,中铝宁夏能源集团纪委认真分析企业党风廉政建设的形势和任务,本着抓早抓小,有病就治,用纪律和制度管住党员和干部,防范小问题演变成大问题的原则,深入开展了“问责执行力”专项工作,全面强化监督执纪问责,推动各项纪律和制度落到实处,有效地改进了党员干部的作风,提高了工作执行力,为公司中心工作起到了保驾护航的作用。
