This article describes the performance of high-Q superconducting cavity resonators. The formulas for calculating the resonant frequencies of the commonly used cylindrical superconducting resonators and the results obtained for their high Q values are given. Various factors that influence the stability of superconducting resonators are also analyzed. Finally, the application prospects of superconducting resonators are evaluated.
