Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with diabetic lower extremity and its clinical relationship with serological markers. Methods Forty patients with lower extremity diabetes mellitus who were admitted to hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. Forty-two patients in Group B were enrolled in this study. Color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed. index. Results There were significant differences in arterial blood flow, blood vessel diameter and serological parameters between group A and group B (P <0.05), and the arterial system blood flow and its vascular diameter in group A were significantly correlated with Hcy, Lp-PLA2 Value and ET value were in an inverse relationship with NO value and 25 (0H) D_3 value (P <0.05). Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography is highly reliable for the assessment of diabetic lower extremity disease, and there is a close relationship between the serum serological indexes and the degree of lesion.
