目的笔者在临床核医学的防护实践中发现《临床核医学放射卫生防护标准》(GBZ 120-2006)(下简称《标准》)在对项目的选址与设计、建造上并没有具体的可操作性要求,因此对《标准》修改提出商榷与建议。方法结合工作实际,对《标准》逐条提出商榷修改意见。结果在《标准》中依照防护与安全的最优化要求,为促进最佳公共利益制定科学﹑规范﹑具体﹑统一的可操作性防护规定,对受照个人或社会带来的利益将真正确保足以弥补其可能引起的辐射危害。结论对《标准》的修订提出了有建设性的建议。
