高中数学教学和其它学科一样,必须处理好教与学的关系。一、教师为主导从教学法的具体过程看,教师是最积极、最活跃的一个因素,对教学的方向、内容、方法、进程、质量等起着主要的作用。尤其在高中阶段,教师的主导作用是教师为主导、学生为主体这一对矛盾的主要方面。《教学论稿》中指出:教师当然代表不了学生外在环境和教育的全部,但却象一个聚光镜一般,把外部环境和教育对学生提出的要求和提供的条件集中起来发挥影响。由此可见,教师的主导作用还表现在领导,这种领导决不是孤立的,是和教师的引导、启发有机结合
