教学亦需“缺失”有一位智者,在事业上取得了很大的成功。有人问他:“你在事业上取得这么大的成功,对你来说,最重要的是什么?”智者没有直接回答,他拿起一根树枝,在地上画了一个没有画完的圈,然后说:“其实,我事业上能够取得成功,就是我不会把事情做得很圆满,就像这个圈,留下一个缺口,让我的下属去画圆。”教学也应如此。教学也要讲究留白,教师亦不必把事情做得很圆满,要给学生留下足够的自主思考、自主探究、自主想象、自主解决问题的空间。留下缺口给学生,是一种“缺失”的教学智慧。
