测斜事故指卡埋仪器和断脱缆绳事故如处理不好,有可能报废缆绳和仪器。一、测斜事故发生的原因1.钻孔孔壁不稳定,掉块、坍塌造成卡埋仪器事故。2.泥浆质量差,泥皮厚而疏松,仪器与孔壁间隙小,产生刮削泥皮,造成卡塞仪器事故。3.套管断脱后错位或有残留钻具,仪器提升时受阻。4.仪器经过倾斜钻孔的超径孔段或空洞时,偏离钻孔轴线而靠于下侧,造成提升困难。
