在我国,镀铁工艺移植到汽车运输行业已经二十多年了。从开始的《直流电高温镀铁》到近几年发展起来的《不对称交——直流电低温镀铁》和《直流电低温镀铁》;从只有为数不多的几个单位能镀铁(1975年前)发展到全国各行各业。在提高设备完好率,节约钢材、工时和电能等方面发挥了不少的作用。它上马快,易掌握,对环境污染小等优点已为人们认识。但是由于人们对镀铁的规律性还没摸透,理论研究更不够,它的优越性还没得到充分发挥。要使镀铁更好地为实现四个现代化服务,还需做大量的科学研究工作。对曲轴,1974年起,我们先后和通辽汽车修配厂、黑龙江省交通科学研究所、哈尔滨市
