本实验用无水酒精和去甲肾上腺素造成大鼠胃粘膜大面积损伤(第一次损伤),观察在愈合后初期对于第二次相同损伤的抗损伤作用。结果表明,第一次损伤的自然愈合约需11天,在愈合后的初期造成胃粘膜的第二次损伤,则损伤面积由第一次的45.7%减少到21.9%。表明愈合后初期的大鼠胃粘膜具有明显的抗损伤作用,可认为是一种适应性细胞保护怍用。
In this experiment, rats were treated with anhydrous alcohol and norepinephrine to induce extensive damage to the gastric mucosa (first injury), and to observe the anti-injury effect on the second injury at the initial stage after healing. The results showed that the natural healing of the first injury took about 11 days, causing a second injury to the gastric mucosa at the beginning of healing, and the area of injury was reduced from 45.7% to 21.9% for the first time. It was shown that the gastric mucosa of rats in the early stage of healing has a significant anti-injury effect, which can be considered as an adaptive cytoprotective agent.
