本文报导61名游泳、足球、田径、排球运动员训练前后免疫指标变化的测定。结果发现训练后短时间内体液免疫指标有升高倾向,而细胞免疫指标普遍降低,其中以E花环(%)和 IFNr活性下降最为明显(p<0.01),IL-2的产生能力下降亦显著(p<0.05)。同时发现唾液中SIgA含量显著增加(P<0.001),其意义有待进一步探讨。
This article reports the measurement of changes in immune indicators before and after training for 61 swimmers, soccer players, track and field players and volleyball players. The results showed that the humoral immune index had a tendency to increase within a short time after training, and the cellular immune index generally decreased. Among them, E rosette (%) and IFNr activity decreased most significantly (p<0.01), IL-2 production capacity also decreased significantly (p<0.05). At the same time, the SIgA content in saliva was significantly increased (P<0.001), and its significance remains to be further explored.
