为配合临床对海带根在慢性气管炎治疗上的疗效研究,我们对海带根的镇咳和平喘作用进行动物实验。本文报告药理观察的初步结果。一、药物的制备所用海带根系我省养殖的海带(Laminaria Japonica Aresch)的干根,购自水产部门。制成两种剂型应用: 1.煎剂:称取定量干海带根,洗净,切成小段,加水略过液面,先浸泡半小时,再在铝锅中直火煮沸一小时半(沸后计算),倾出煎液,药渣再同样加水煮沸一小时,合并两次煎液,直火浓缩至所需浓度,放冰箱中备用。
