提出减振和抗振问题是机械设计中所应考虑的一个重要问题,动刚度常用来衡量机械结构的抗振能力;影响机械结构动刚度的主要参数是静刚度、阻尼和质量。从影响车体结构动刚度的各种因素出发,研究分析了机车车体结构的抗振性设计,提出了提高机车车体抗振性能的主要措施。
It is proposed that vibration and anti-vibration should be considered in mechanical design. Dynamic stiffness is often used to measure the anti-vibration ability of mechanical structure. The main parameters that affect the dynamic stiffness of mechanical structure are static stiffness, damping and mass. Based on various factors that affect the dynamic stiffness of the vehicle body structure, the vibration resistance design of the vehicle body structure is studied and analyzed, and the main measures to improve the anti-vibration performance of the vehicle body are proposed.
