对23例人肺癌组织进行P21的免疫组化检测和总RNA的Ki-ras mRNA斑点杂交。分别得到肺癌组织的P21蛋白表达和Ki-ras mRNA转录表达水平的半定量值,并对这一对半定量值进行统计学相关性分析,证实两者呈正相关(r′=0.60 P<0.005)。这支持利用免疫组化技术检测P21表达水平可以反映ras癌基因mRNA转录表达情况,值得进一步积累经验和用于有关基础研究和临床。
Immunohistochemical detection of P21 and Ki-ras mRNA dot hybridization of total RNA were performed on 23 human lung cancer tissues. The semi-quantitative values of P21 protein expression and Ki-ras mRNA transcriptional expression in lung cancer tissues were obtained, and the semi-quantitative values were analyzed statistically to confirm that the two were positively correlated (r′=0.60 P<0.005). . This supports the use of immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of P21 can reflect the ras oncogene mRNA expression, it is worth further accumulating experience and for basic research and clinical.
