目的主要为腓总神经卡压综合征的诊治提供解剖学资料。方法测量100例(左侧50例,右侧 50例)干燥完整成人排骨的用E骨头和腓骨颈的矢状经和冠状径、周长、排骨头和腓骨颈之间的夹角。结果用腓骨头矢状径、冠状径和周长分别为 1. 92± 0 31 cm、 1. 99± 0 30 cm、 7 57± 107 cm,腓骨颈矢状径、冠状径和周长分别为136±024cm、128±0.28cm、4.12±029cm,腓骨头和腓骨颈之间的夹角为 163± 6.8°。结论腓总神经在腓管内与腓骨上端骨膜紧密相贴,因此腓骨上端异常可能导致腓总神经卡压综合征。
The purpose is to provide anatomical information for the diagnosis and treatment of common cardial nerve compression syndrome. Methods The sagittal and coronal diameters, perimeters, angles between the head of the ribs and the fibula neck of E bone and fibula neck were measured in 100 patients (50 on the left and 50 on the right) of the dried intact adult ribs. Results The fibula head sagittal diameter, coronal diameter and perimeter were 1. 92 ± 0 31 cm, 1. 99 ± 0 30 cm and 7 57 ± 107 cm respectively. The sagittal diameter, coronal diameter and perimeter of the fibula neck were 136 ± 024 cm, 128 ± 0.28 cm and 4.12 ± 029 cm, respectively The angle is 163 ± 6.8 °. Conclusion The common peroneal nerve is closely attached to the periosteum of the upper fibular in the peroneal fibula. Therefore, the abnormal fibular upper part may cause the common peroneal nerve compression syndrome.
