21世纪的经济是以知识经济为主题的经济,企业参与市场竞争的核心就是人才竞争。然而,国有企业在这场人才竞争中却处处表现出弱势,严重的人才流失成为国企经营者所遇到的最棘手的难题。这无疑又一次为国有企业的人才管理敲响了警钟。分析国有企业及其人才的特点、流失原因以及给企业带来的风险,提出如何有效控制企业人才流失风险的具体措施。
The economy of the 21st century is the economy with the theme of knowledge-based economy. The core of enterprises participating in market competition is talent competition. However, state-owned enterprises are always showing their weaknesses in this competitive talent competition. Serious brain drain has become the most difficult problem encountered by SOE managers. This undoubtedly once again sounded the alarm for the management of talent in state-owned enterprises.
