连江县地处福建东部沿海,四季温和,物产丰饶,素有“鱼米之乡”之称。县境海滩广阔,海洋资源尤为丰富,水产总量连续二十多年名列全省第一、全国县级第二。其所产的鱼、虾、蟹、贝、藻等海珍美味各呈异彩,闻名遐迩,享有“中国鲍鱼之乡”、“中国海带之乡”等美誉。近年来,连江县质监局立足该县海洋资源优势,大力实施品牌战略,多措并举服务海洋食品产业发展壮大,为全县海洋经济特色产业发展发挥积极作用。
