本研究为探索水稻高光效育种具体途径的一部分工作。1975~1977年间共测定了329个水稻品种剑叶的净光合率(Pn)。弄清了下述一些问题。1.水稻各品种间净光合率的差异是比较大的,最高值与最低值相比约有一倍的差异或更多些。广东推广种珍珠矮11号的净光合率基本上接近于各品种的平均值。2.对51个品种的测定结果分析,在同一测定条件下品种内各单株净光合率的变异系数主要集中在6~12%这个范围,而品种间的则为15.82%。3.据两年三造的测定材料对品种间的净光合率差异的显著性进行方差分析的结果,证明水稻各品种间净光合率的差异是极显著的。4.据两年四造的测定材料对品种间净光合率差异的相对稳定性进行相关分析的结果,可以认为水稻备品种净光合率的相对高低次序绝大多数品种是相对稳定的。
This study is to explore some of the specific ways of high light efficiency breeding of rice. A total of 329 rice cultivars were tested for their net photosynthetic rate (Pn) from 1975 to 1977. Find out the following questions. 1. The differences in net photosynthetic rate between rice varieties are relatively large, with the difference between the highest value and the lowest value being about double or more. The net photosynthetic rate of Guangdong popularization variety pearl dwarf 11 was basically close to the average of all breeds. The analysis of the determination results of 51 cultivars showed that the coefficient of variation of net photosynthetic rate of all the plants within the same test condition mainly concentrated in the range of 6-12% while that of the varieties was 15.82%. According to the results of ANOVA, the difference of net photosynthetic rate between two cultivars was analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that the difference of net photosynthetic rate between rice cultivars was significant. 4. According to the results of correlation analysis of the relative stability of net photosynthetic rate difference between cultivars in two years, it is considered that the relative order of the net photosynthetic rate of the prepared varieties of rice is relatively stable in most orders.
