精神状态(焦虑或抑郁)在功能性消化不良(FD)发病中有一定的作用。消化不良病人较健康人更具神经质、焦虑和抑郁。这些心理障碍除影响躯体疾病的康复外,常常影响患者的社会功能,从而使生活质量下降。我们采用综合医院焦虑或抑郁情绪测定表(HAD)对65例FD患者进行社会功能评定。1
Mental status (anxiety or depression) plays a role in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia (FD). Patients with dyspepsia were more neurotic, anxious and depressed than healthy people. In addition to affecting the rehabilitation of somatic disorders, these psychological disorders often affect the social functioning of patients, thereby degrading the quality of life. We conducted a social function assessment of 65 patients with FD using the General Hospital Anxiety or Depression Inventory (HAD). 1
