中职新教师职业适应问题探究

【对策】郑建萍老师从宏观视角,梳理中职新教师职业适应问题出现的原因,提出对策。问题虽然繁杂,却并非难以逾越,让我们一起静心、思考、前行。学年伊始,职业学校不仅将迎来新生,也将迎来初入教师岗位的新教师。初为人师的他们,心情兴奋而忐忑。10多年的受教育经历让教育教学成为他们自以为最熟悉的领域,他们的职业适应似乎也应是水到渠成,事实果真如此吗?职业适应是从业者在职业生涯初始阶段或转折阶段普遍面临的问题,是从业者走上工作岗位后,在一定时期内逐步了解和熟悉工作环境要求以及发展新的人际关系的一系列心理过程。这一过程中,个体运用自身知识和能力参与社会生产与服务,体验环境变动,感受环境压力,对自身的角色、能 [Countermeasure] Zheng Jianping teacher from a macro perspective, sort out the reasons for the occupational adaptation of new teachers in vocational schools, put forward countermeasures.
