目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定2型糖尿病正常白蛋白尿组、早期糖尿病肾病组和临床糖尿病肾病组各20例和正常对照组20例血清MMP-9含量;分析各组MMP-9水平与2型糖尿病尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的相关性。结果 MMP-9浓度随UAER的增加而增加,MMP-9水平与UAER呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9水平变化与DN肾脏损伤程度一致。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Serum MMP-9 levels were measured by ELISA in 20 cases of normal albuminuria group, 20 cases of early diabetic nephropathy group and 20 cases of diabetic nephropathy group and 20 cases of normal control group respectively. The levels of MMP-9 in each group were compared with those of type 2 diabetes mellitus Albumin excretion rate (UAER) correlation. Results The concentration of MMP-9 increased with the increase of UAER. The level of MMP-9 was positively correlated with UAER (P <0.05). Conclusion The change of MMP-9 level is consistent with the degree of renal damage in DN.
