分析了我国汽车产品引进的特色、国产化的格局和启示。探讨了引进方式、引进产品。引进过程、引进项目的特点;介绍了汽车产品国产化的做法及存在问题,提出实现国产化周期长与产品市场竞争力的矛盾;零部件工业及相关工业滞后与整车成本和质量的矛盾;加强科学管理,推行精益生产与现行组织结构的矛盾急待解决,以使国产化向高档次升级。
Analyzed the characteristics and localization of China’s auto products introduction and enlightenment. Explored the way of introducing and importing products. Introduced the process of introducing the characteristics of the project; introduced the localization of automobile products and existing problems, proposed to achieve long cycle of localization and product market competitiveness of the contradiction; parts industry and related industries lag and vehicle cost and quality of the contradiction; To strengthen scientific management, promote the contradiction between lean production and the existing organizational structure urgently needs to be solved, so that localization can be upgraded to a higher level.
