随着煤炭生产技术的不断发展,矿井规模不断升级,综采工作面逐步向“设备重型化、工作面大型化、工艺现代化、生产自动化”方向发展。井工设备的安装回撤是矿井生产的一个重要环节,也是一项系统工程。井工矿要充分发挥综采效能,提高设备利用率,增加采面生产时间,除了与综采设备性能可靠程度、工作面地质条件有关外,还与工作面安装回撤有密切的关系。搬家倒面进度的快慢和质量的好坏,直接制约着综采工作面单产水平的提高,因此,安全、优质、高效地进行综采工作面安装与回撤,实行专业化管理,保证正常生产接续,对提高矿井单产水平具有重要意义。
