在苏北偏僻的一隅——江苏省宿豫县罗圩乡有一位60来岁,貌不惊人的王治国。他在农业科技战线上奋斗了40余年。40多年来,他用那一双粗糙的手连连创奇迹:搞了500多次科学试验,鉴定了400多个作物品种(系),分别获得国家级、省级、地区级农业科技成果32次。其中他的农业科技成果全国推广有1项,在全省推广有32项,在苏北地区推广的有28项,特别是他晚年试验成功的“水稻旱育稀植技术”,得到江苏省副省长姜永荣同志的高度赞誉,称他为“苏北农业科技推广带头人”。
In the remote part of northern Jiangsu Province - Suyu County, Jiangsu Province, Luo Wei Township, a 60-year-old, looks amazing Wang Zhiguo.
