县局是邮电部门的基层企业,县局长的责任重大,工作辛苦。他们的工作如何?思想状况怎样?工作和生活上有些什么困难和要求?为了探索这些问题,不久前,河北省邮电管理局对全省309名县局长(占县局长总数的93.35‰)就体制改革、班子状况、经营管理、县局长的困难等六个方面125个问题,进行了无记名问卷调查。通过反馈回来的一万多个信息和数据分析,使省局了解到一些实际情况,为改进和加强对县局工作的管理,提供了依据。下面是这次问卷调查的部分情况。
