患者男,53岁,住院号13578。因双下肢麻木,走路不稳于1979年6月4日入院。入院前半年开始两侧小腿及足呈对称性麻刺感,逐渐上升,脚踏地时不知深浅,走路不稳,一个月来双上肢亦有麻木感。体检:体温、脉搏,血压均正常。双眼结膜略苍白,心肺腹无异常。走路不稳,需持拐辅助,不能走直线,跟膝胫试验不准。双下肢浅感觉存在,
