高等教育改革的不断深化,让越来越多的高校扩大招生规模,大量的高校毕业生从2003年的212万人增长到2005年的340万人,2007年高校毕业生人数已经超过了500万!中国高等教育正在从“精英教育”向“大众教育”转变。而随着高校的不断扩招,艺术类学生的招生规模也在不断地扩大,就业大众化时代已经来临。因此,探索新时期下的职业院校艺术类毕业生就业工作,有利于促进职业教育的大发展,推动社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣。
