本溪钢厂就粉渣保护浇注法进行了探索性试验,初步获得了一些效果。相对地来看,浇注时粉渣保护比木框涂油优越,且成本低廉、操作简单、控制方便,可以说它是镇静钢下注工艺的主要发展方向。有些文献认为这个工艺对于钢种具有广泛的适应性,特别对于像18CrMnTi这种含有易氧化元素的钢种,会有更好的作用。一.试验工艺概况试验是在公称容量5吨、实际出钢量11吨的电弧炉上作的,用15吨盛钢桶由直径为50毫米的水口采用下注法进行的,铸成630公斤重的方钢锭。试验了9炉,每炉试验4支(每个锭盘一支)。试验时除下述各点外,其余均按正常操作进行。

Test Process Overview The test is carried out on an electric arc furnace with a nominal capacity of 5 tons and actual tapping capacity of 11 tons. A 15-ton steel ladle is made by pouring a nozzle of 50 mm in diameter into 630 kg Heavy square ingot. Nine furnaces were tested, four for each furnace (one for each spindle). Test except for the following points, the rest are carried out under normal operation.
