目的:测定63例缺铁性贫血(IDA)合并反复呼吸道感染(RRI)患儿外周血白细胞介素2(IL-2)活性、血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平和T淋巴细胞亚群,并分析它们之间的相关性。方法:IL-2活性和sIL-2R水平测定分别采用MTT法和双抗体夹心法,T淋巴细胞亚群测定采用APAAP法。结果:IL-2活性,CD3+、CD4+细胞百分率和CD4+/CD8+细胞比值均显著低于对照组(P均<0.01),而sIL-2R水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),CD8+细胞百分率无明显变化。结论:IDA合并RRI患儿细胞免疫功能低下且紊乱。
Objective: To determine the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2), soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) and T lymphocyte subsets in 63 children with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and recurrent respiratory tract infection Lymphocyte subsets, and analyze the correlation between them. Methods: The levels of IL-2 and sIL-2R were determined by MTT assay and double antibody sandwich assay, respectively. The T lymphocyte subsets were assayed by APAAP assay. Results: The levels of IL-2, CD3 +, CD4 + cells and CD4 + / CD8 + cells were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P <0.01), while the levels of sIL-2R were significantly higher than those of the control group , No significant changes in the percentage of CD8 + cells. Conclusion: Children with IDA and RRI have poor cellular immune function and disorder.
