思想政治工作的全面加强和改进,有两个重要标志:一是围绕经济中心;二是体现本行业、本企业特色。前者是“公转”,后者是“自转”。企业思想政治工作如何从实际出发创出本企业特色?笔者感到要把握住三个要点: 立足于“实”企业思想政治工作“姓企名政”。只有植根于企业的深厚土壤之中,从企业母体吸取丰富的养料,才会生机勃勃。特色自然有其外在的表现,但其内蕴是单个企业所特有的生产经营方式、管理方式、行为方式、企业精神、价值观、心理特点等诸多实实在在的、活生生的因素。特色是内在特性与外在表现的统一。
There are two important signs for the comprehensive strengthening and improvement of ideological and political work: one is around the economic center; the other is to reflect the characteristics of the industry and the enterprise. The former is “revolution” and the latter is “rotation.” How does the enterprise’s ideological and political work start from the reality to create the characteristics of this enterprise? I feel that we should grasp three main points: based on the “real” ideological and political work of enterprises, “surnamed enterprises name surname.” Only rooted in the deep business of the soil, from the parent body to learn a wealth of nutrients, will be vibrant. Natural characteristics have their own external manifestations, but their inherent characteristics are unique to a single enterprise’s mode of production and management, management, behavior, entrepreneurial spirit, values, psychological characteristics and many other real and living factors. The characteristic is the unity of the intrinsic characteristic and the outer expression.
