闭锁综合征(Locked-in Syndrome缩写为(Ls)是一种特殊的意识状态.病人意识清醒,仅能瞬目和活动眼球(尤为垂直向),不能作其它随意运动,故只能用瞬目和眼球活动示意.至今文献报导不多,国内有2例.若不熟悉易误诊为昏迷.病因多为桥脑出血,基底动脉血栓形成,其次为外伤性闭塞、脑干肿瘤、脑干网织细胞肉瘤、小胶质肉瘤、纤维性星形细胞瘤、桥脑胶质瘤、桥脑脓肿、流感疫苗接种后脑干脑炎、多发性硬化、海洛因过量(可能与超敏反应有关)、感染后多发性神经炎.
