目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定谷维素双维B片中维生素B_1和维生素B_6含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:UltimateC_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液-三乙胺-磷酸(13:87:0.35:0.35),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:270 nm。结果:维生素B_1和维生素B_6浓度分别在16~65μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.0000)和42~166μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000 0)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,维生素B_1的回收率为99.37%,RSD=0.53%(n=6),维生素B_6的回收率为99.33%,RSD=0.71%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于谷维素双维B片中维生素B_1和维生素B_6的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of vitamin B 1 and vitamin B 6 in oryzanol B by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of an UltimateC 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate solution-triethylamine- : 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength: 270 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the concentrations of vitamin B 1 and vitamin B 6 in the range of 16 ~ 65μg · ml -1 (r = 1.0000) and 42 ~ 166μg · ml -1 (r = 1.000 0) , The recovery rate of vitamin B_1 was 99.37%, the RSD was 0.53% (n = 6), the recovery rate of vitamin B_6 was 99.33%, RSD was 0.71% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and can be used to determine the contents of vitamin B_1 and vitamin B_6 in oryzanol-two-B tablets.
