目的:探讨复方除痹汤对类风湿性关节炎的治疗作用及机制。方法:将76只SD大鼠随机分为6组,除正常组外其余各组大鼠均采用佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型,致炎30分钟前和致炎后8小时、22小时、32小时、46小时和56小时分别灌胃给药1次,正常组和模型组给予蒸馏水20 mL/kg(体质量,下同)灌胃,阳性组给予雷公藤多苷片40 g/kg灌胃,大、中、小剂量组分别给予复方除痹汤16 g/kg、8 g/kg和4 g/kg灌胃。停药至第17天观察继发性病变情况。第17天开始再继续灌胃给药,1次/d,剂量同上。每2天观察大鼠继发性病变情况并记录关节炎指数。致炎后第28天处死大鼠,取血并分离血清-20℃留存,进行血清TNF-αI、L-1β水平的检测。结果:与模型组相比,复方除痹汤大剂量组关节炎指数除了治疗第4天有差异外(P<0.05),其余时段均无差异(P>0.05);中剂量组除了治疗第6天无差异外,其余时段的关节炎指数都明显低于模型组(P<0.01);小剂量组在治疗过程中,各时段的关节炎指数均明显低于模型组(P<0.01);与模型组相比,阳性组和复方除痹汤大、中、小剂量组血清TNF-α及IL-1β水平均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:复方除痹汤对佐剂性类风湿关节炎模型大鼠关节炎指数有一定的抑制作用;对类风湿关节炎模型大鼠异常升高的血清TNF-αI、L-1β水平具有显著的降低作用;复方除痹汤对类风湿性关节炎模型大鼠具有一定的治疗作用。

CONCLUSION: Fufang Dibi Decoction can inhibit the arthritis index of rats with adjuvant rheumatoid arthritis, and the level of TNF-αI and L-1β in patients with rheumatoid arthritis increased abnormally Reduce the effect; compound except Bi-Tang on rheumatoid arthritis model rats have a certain therapeutic effect.
