下述两对药材,功效各异,药肆有时将它们相互混淆,曾经因此发生过中毒事故.兹以图文简要鉴别如下:一、韭菜子与曼陀罗子韭菜子为百合科植物韭菜 Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spreng.的干燥成熟种子,商品药材呈扁三角形或扁卵圆形,长3～4毫米;表面灰黑色,有网状皱纹,一端略尖,另一端钝圆,一面稍凸起,一面微凹陷,质地稍硬,断面仁白色,富有油质,味甘辛有韭菜味.曼陀罗子为茄科植物白曼陀罗 Datura metel L.或毛曼陀罗D.innoxia Mill.的种子,商品呈三角形而扁,成熟后为淡褐色,表面光滑,中央稍下陷,一侧有白色珠柄.本品有大毒,其中含生物硷,如阿托品、天仙子硷等.(图1)
