这两年,我们承接了技工学校车工操作技能统考考件的检测评分任务,每批考件上都有蜗杆。由于条件的限制,加之数量多,时间紧,蜗杆的法向齿厚只能用齿厚卡尺测量。齿厚卡尺分度值为0.02mm。读测量结果比较慢,有时还会产生目测误差。因此,我们在齿厚卡尺的齿高尺和齿厚尺结合处,装了一附件,并在该附件上安装一只杠杆百分表,蜗杆的法向齿厚在这个杠杆表上读出。这一改装,大大提高了测量速度,同时也提高了测量结果的准确性。
