患者男性,9岁,因颈邪发现多个结节伴间歇性不规则高热1月余,且咽痛、夜间盗汗于1990年10月3日入院。曾在多家医院求诊,诊断不明。经多种扰生素治疗无效。2月前在郊区作客时因逗玩家猫右手背被猫抓伤,当时局部皮肤有红肿丘疹块,不久自然消退。体检:T40.2℃,P120次/分,BP11.9/7.9kPa。精神萎糜,巩膜无黄染。左胸锁乳突肌后缘触及黄豆至豌豆大小淋巴结6个。右颈上部有一3.5cm×1.5cm活动触痛淋巴结,两侧腹股沟区扪及绿豆大小淋巴结10余个,活动无触痛。腹软,肝肋下2cm,质中,边缘光滑,无触痛。脾肋下刚
