目的分析总结梅州市麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫活动经验,为消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法收集2009年梅州市所有县(市、区)MV强化免疫报表数据,采用描述性流行病学方法对数据进行分析。结果2009年梅州市MV强化免疫全市摸底造册人数为993 528人,外出儿童135 201人,流入儿童24 551人,共计接种8月龄至14岁目标儿童868 396人,报告接种率为98.36%。结论本次MV强化免疫活动达到了预期目的,为全市麻疹疫情控制打下坚实基础,而且对全市免疫规划工作起到了积极的促进和推动作用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the experiences of measles vaccine (MV) intensification in Meizhou City and provide a scientific basis for the elimination of measles. Methods The MV data of all the counties (cities and districts) in 2009 in Meizhou City were collected, and the descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data. Results In 2009, there were 993 528 pregnant women, 135 201 children, 24 551 infants, 868 396 children aged from 8 months to 14 years. The reported vaccination rate was 98.36% . Conclusion The MV-boosting immunization activity has achieved the expected goal, laying a solid foundation for the city’s measles epidemic control and has played a positive role in promoting and promoting the city’s immunization program.
