近年来,交通便利、资源丰富的江苏省泗阳县临河乡,私营企业发展迅猛。可不少私营企业却片面追求产值利润而忽视安全用电。于是,乡电管站积极采取措施,防微杜渐。首先是抓好电工上岗前技术培训工作,由县供电局考核发证,对5名无证上岗、盲目蛮干及违章作业的电工,取消其上岗资格。同时在私营企业安装了近100台漏电保护器,安装率、投运率、灵敏率均达100％,并对40多条低压输电线从变压器输出端始,到私营企业的配电盘开关,再到车间的入线端分级安装了漏电保护装置,确保万无一失。另外,经常组织人员到私营企业进行安全用电指导。1995年11月,某私营胶合板厂没有办理手续,私自上了自发电机组。乡电管站发现后立即制止,当告诉他们因没装安全装置,自发电源会倒送上网,将会酿成重大事故时,厂老板闻此言吓得大惊失色,连连说:“要不是电管站安全用电抓得紧,我可就要闯下大祸了。”
