我厂是海南农垦最大的橡胶加工厂之一,始建于1958年,现有日产32t标准胶厂和日产55t浓缩胶乳厂各一座(离心机20台),常年以浓缩胶乳生产为主。近几年来,我厂坚持以效益为中心,以质量为基础,以市场为导向,以增强企业活力为目的,围绕“优质、低耗、高效、安全”的管理目标,开展制胶生产活动,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。1993年以来,年年增收节支都超百万元,1995年达到了240万元,并且创造了年加工干胶7304t的新记录(其中场外来料加工2188t),全员劳动生产率也从1993年的人年均加工干胶35.4t,提高到1995年的62.4t;职工人年均收入1993年为4600元,1994年为6500元,1995年达到了13000元,与1994年相比翻了一番,经济效益在海南农
Our factory is one of the largest rubber processing plants in Hainan Agricultural Reclamation. It was established in 1958.
