本届政府在简政放权、深化行政审批改革方面动真格出实招,减少三分之一行政审批事项的目标提前实现。这些举措在全国两会期间得到高度评价。不过,有代表委员认为,行政审批改革还存在放权做数字游戏、放了权不作为、两个“一公里”等问题,对行政审批改革带来的好处还缺乏“获得感”。这些问题亟须在深化改革中大力解决。两个“一公里”问题突出近两年来,国务院分批取消和下放多项行政审批事项,增强了民营企业家创业营商的信心。
The current government has implemented the real trick in simplifying power and deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval, and the goal of reducing one-third of the administrative examination and approval items is fulfilled ahead of schedule. These measures were highly praised during the two sessions of the country. However, some members think that the reform of administrative examination and approval still has the power to do digital games, omission of power, two “one kilometer” and other issues, the administrative examination and approval reform brings the benefits of lack of “sense of acquisition” . These problems urgently need to be solved vigorously in deepening the reform. Over the past two years, the State Council canceled and delegated a number of administrative examination and approval items in batches, which has strengthened the confidence of private entrepreneurs in undertaking business.
