近年来,校园伤害事故日益增多,处理不当往往引起学生与学校的法律纠纷,校园安全问题已成为社会各界关注的热点问题。为了切实加强学校安全防范工作,教育部向各地教育行政部门和学校明确提出:要继续高度重视学校安全工作,切实采取有效措施,防止学校安全事故发生。在各类校园伤害事故中,体育课上发生的事故要占较大的比例。同时近几年来各大媒体对学校体育教学及活动中由于各种主、客观因素造成的伤害事的故报道也更为关注,报道学生因参加学校体育活动而发生意外伤害事故的现象屡见不鲜,给学校体育教育敲响了警钟。体育运动本身具有较强的竞争性和对抗性,必然存在潜在的安全风险,难免会出现意外伤害。因此必须强化学校体育活动中的安全教育管理及防范工作。校园安全与每个师生、家长和社会有着切身的关系。正确认识学校在校园体育伤害事故的法律责任性质及其范围,妥善处理好体育伤害事故,对于稳定学校教学秩序,促进学生健康成长具有极其重要的意义。

Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen safety education management and prevention in school sports activities. Campus safety and every teacher, parent and community have a close relationship. Correctly understanding the nature and scope of the legal liability of school sports injury accidents on campus and properly handling sports injury accidents are of great significance for stabilizing the teaching order and promoting the healthy growth of students.
