我厂有多种大型、复杂的液压设备,其维护工作是一个重要的问题。如本车间泵站油箱总容量超过4万升,数以百计的执行回路遍布于钢卷开卷机系统、飞剪的剪切系统、垛板系统及包装线。任何一个部位的故障随时都可能造成整个作业线的停机。为此,我们对液压故障的现状作出分析以求有效的对策。首先抽取半年液压故障处理记录分析,知系统的漏油故障最频繁,占整个故障次数的55.17%。在各种部位的泄漏中,以管接头和管道的泄漏最为严重,达到总泄漏故障的86%。为了有针对性地加以防范,我们又对在现场处理故障中所见到的管接头泄漏的各种现象、特征、形式作了归纳比较(见表)。
