2003年8月6日上午,哈萨克斯坦共和国的乌恰拉尔市机场,上海合作组织的徽旗高高飘扬。中国,哈萨克斯坦,吉尔吉斯斯坦、俄罗斯、塔吉克斯坦5国国旗在奏响的国歌声中相继升起。1 000多名官兵迈着矫健的步伐出场,拉开了代号为“联合-2003”演习的帷幕。
On the morning of August 6, 2003, the emblem of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) fluttered at the airport of Ucccalal in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The national flags of China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan have risen one after another in the national anthem. More than 1,000 officers and men marched in vigorous pace and opened the curtain, codenamed “Joint-2003”.
