目的探讨对换床登记本的规范管理方法,减少护理差错的发生。方法自行设计换床登记本,接待班护士于下午按患者入院时间的先后顺序将患者转至病房,并认真、逐步填写换床登记表,责任护士、治疗班护士、主班护士负责核对护士站内相应的项目,并签名。结果规范了对换床患者的管理,减少了护理差错的发生。结论加强对换床登记本的管理,可降低医疗纠纷。
Objective To explore the standardized management method of register of exchange beds to reduce the occurrence of nursing errors. Method to design a register for bed change, reception class nurses in the afternoon according to the patient admission time to the patient to the ward and seriously fill out the bed change registration form, responsible nurse, treatment class nurse, the main class nurses responsible for checking the nurse station The corresponding item is signed.
